We had three winners over two days at Ripon. Amber Spark finished second on her seasonal reappearance and went one better under apprentice Sean Davis. They tracked the leaders and was pushed for the lead two furlongs from home. She stayed on strongly to win by two-and-a-quarter-lengths for Nick Bradley Racing.

Silver Mission picked up his first win on just his second start. The Dark Angel-colt was held up towards the rear by jockey Tony Hamilton. He made headway over the final two furlongs and chased the leaders over the final furlong. He got up on the line to win by a neck for owner Sheikh Hamed Dalmook Al Maktoum.

Borodin ran a really nice race to pick up the third win of his career. He tracked the leaders under Paddy Mathers and took up the running two furlongs from home. He stayed on well under pressure to win by a neck for owner Sir Robert Ogden.
