TATLISU 195th WINNER OF SEASON

It was fantastic to see Tatlisu get his head back in front at Wolverhampton. He was always in contention under apprentice jockey Sebsatian Woods and made headway over the final two furlongs. He was switched left over the final furlong and showed a great attitude to stay on and win by a neck for owners Middleham Park Racing.

TATLISU WINS FOR MIDDLEHAM PARK RACING

Tatlisu went one better when finishing second at Ayr earlier this month when winning at Ripon. He was held up by apprentice jockey Connor Murtagh and started to make headway over the final three furlongs. He lead over a furlong out and pulled clear of the rest of the field to win by two lengths for Middleham Park Racing.

TATLISU BACK WHERE HE BELONGS

Middleham Park Racing’s patience in Tatlisu paid off when he won a valuable handicap at Newcastle. The seven-year-old hasn’t won since his victory in the Ayr Silver Cup but after a couple of breaks from the track he’s gradually been getting back to his best. He was held up towards the rear of the field and always looked to be travelling strongly. He was hampered and bumped as he started to make an impression inside the final furlong and showed a great attitude to battle to the front and stay on to win by a length-and-three-quarters.
