It was fantastic to see Suegioo back in the winners enclosure. To say he’s a quirky horse would be an understatement and watching the race you wouldn’t have thought he would win. He was travelling at the rear around five lengths off the pace under Tony Hamilton. He started to close the gap heading into the final eight furlongs. He was taken wide on the turn for home and he picked up well. He ran on really strongly over the final furlong and got up to win by one-and-a-quarter-lengths for owner Dr Marwan Koukash.

Posh Perfect picked up the first win of her career on just her third start. The Showcasing-filly made all under Tony and showed a good attitude to stay on under pressure to win by a short head.
