We won the opening two races on the card at Hamilton with Party Tiger and Full Of Promise. Party Tiger broke his maiden tag at the fourth time of asking. The Excelebration colt pressed the leader under jockey Tony Hamilton and started to pick up inside the final two furlongs. He stayed on well inside the final furlong in the heavy ground and pulled clear to win by a length-and-a-half for owner Andrew Tinkler.
It was worth the trip for members of the Richard Fahey Ebor Racing Club who witnessed Full Of Promise battle to victory for her first win. Adam McNamara was in the saddle this time and he positioned the Kyllachy filly just behind the leaders before starting to make a challenge over the final two furlongs. She showed a good attitude to hunt down Slim Chance and win by half a length.
