We had three winners at Chester over two days. Noble Prospector made it two wins in a row and he’s got a good partnership with Megan Nicholls who’s been in the saddle for both victories. He was held up in touch at Chester and was switched to the outer on the turn for home. They picked up really strongly and stayed on to win by two-lengths for owners Mr and Mrs Cotton.

We then had a double for owner Dr Marwan Koukash. Gabrial The Tiger made all under Connor Murtagh and held off the fast finishing Gabrial The Devil to win by a short head. That’s the Tiger’s 13th win of his career and his 5th at the track.

Gabrial The Wire then won under Paul Hanagan. He chased the leaders and took up the lead entering the final furlong. He stayed on well to win by two-and-a-quarter-lengths.

It was another great Saturday with four winners. Noble Prospector sealed the Ladies Silk Series title for Megan Nicholls after they timed it perfectly to win at Wolverhampton. They tracked the leaders and were travelling nicely. They challenged on the turn for home and chased down the leaders. They got up on the line to win by short head for owner John Cotton.

We had a treble at Chester and Al Rasmah got things started winning on debut. He was always in touch under Tony Hamilton and they challenged on the outside two furlongs from home. He lead inside the final furlong and stayed on to win by a length for owner Sheikh Juma Dalmook Al Maktoum.

Powerallied gave Dr Marwan Koukash a nice winner. He didn’t have the best of draws but was quickly away under Barry McHugh. He was always in contention and battled really well to force a photo finish. He got up on the line to win by a nose.

Fairy Stories was the final winner of the day. She was held up in midfield by apprentice Sean Davis and they timed their run perfectly over the final furlong. She stayed on well to win by a head for The Richard Fahey Ebor Racing Club.
