Nimr won the Lincoln Trial at Wolverhampton in good style. He was keen early on but jockey Tony Hamilton was happy to track the leaders and make his move late. They hit the front with a furlong to go and he was never going to be caught. He stayed on well to win by a length-and-three-quarters. That’s his third win in four starts for owners Al Shaqab Racing. The Lincoln now looks a likely target if he gets in.

Tw0 runners at Wolverhampton and two winners. Nimr got the ball rolling in the opening race on the card. He tracked the leaders under jockey Tony Hamilton and was second heading into the final furlong. He battled and got his head in front and stayed on to win by half-a-length for Al Shaqab Racing. That’s his second win in three starts.

Right Action picked up his first win of his racing career. Tony was once again in the saddle, they sat in mid division and started to make headway heading into the final furlong. They held on towards the finish to win by half-a-length for Middleham Park Racing.
